About me

Becoming a therapist has been a long-held aspiration of mine, even as life led me down other professional paths. My curiosity about how the mind works and my desire to support others have remained steady through each chapter. In my previous career, I managed teams of designers and found deep fulfillment in helping people realize their potential. Much of that work centered around listening closely, offering meaningful reflections, and supporting others in navigating personal and professional challenges.

I also spent years as a researcher, conducting in-depth user interviews. While not therapy, those sessions often touched on complex emotions and unspoken needs. I learned how to create a safe, caring space where people could open up, feel seen, and tell their stories. Holding those conversations with care and witnessing the power of feeling understood reinforced my desire to work in a more healing-centered way.

My decision to fully pursue therapy came after a transformative personal experience. Following the birth of my child, I faced severe postpartum anxiety and depression, something I was not prepared for. Moving through that experience and finding my way back with the help of therapy changed me. It was like walking through a portal. What I learned in those years of healing, about identity, wholeness, and the strength in vulnerability, solidified my calling to become a therapist.

Today, I’m committed to supporting others on their own paths of self-acceptance, meaning-making, and relational connection. I consider it an honor when someone invites me into their personal journey, allowing me to walk alongside them in whatever ways they need most.
